Documents required to sign the rental agreement

For individuals:

• Identity card or passport
• Driver’s license

For legal entities:

• Extract from the commercial register not older than 3 months or business license
• Identity and driver’s license of the person who will be using the vehicle
• Notarized power of attorney to sign the agreement and collect the vehicle, if the contract is signed by someone other than the person listed in the commercial register or business register.

Payment terms and deposit

The rental fee for the vehicle is paid in advance at the time of pick-up, either in cash or by credit/debit card.

A deposit for the vehicle rental must be paid, which will be returned to you when the vehicle is returned to the rental company. The deposit is made by blocking the appropriate amount on your credit/debit card or in cash. The deposit amount for the vehicle rental is listed in the price list.

Rental price

All prices related to vehicle rental are listed in the price list and are always valid and binding. The daily limit for short-term rentals is a maximum of 300 km. If this limit is exceeded, a charge of 0.10 EUR + VAT per kilometer will apply. The possibility of having another driver, the Slovak highway sticker, insurance for the vehicle within the European Union, vehicle replacement in case of a breakdown, assistance services, seasonal tires, and services related to potential insurance claims are included.

Insurance

All vehicles in our rental fleet are fully insured, including both comprehensive and third-party liability insurance.
